This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to report alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe their content was removed in error.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our website or services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
